User Acquisition Lead

About the role

AttaPoll is a fast‑growing rewards app with over 2 million monthly active users in more than 70 countries. We are looking for a senior, hands‑on User Acquisition Lead to own and scale the paid acquisition function, managing a budget of at least €1 million and driving sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute user acquisition strategy across multiple markets, allocating and optimizing a multi‑million‑euro budget.
• Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and other channels.
• Design and run systematic tests on audiences, creatives, bidding strategies and new acquisition sources.
• Analyse performance by channel, country, creative and user cohort using CAC, LTV, ROAS and payback metrics.
• Improve mobile attribution, reporting and measurement to enable faster decision‑making.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams to enhance onboarding, activation and referral flows.
• Identify and leverage external partners such as affiliates, creators and offer‑walls for scalable user growth.
• Help shape the future acquisition team structure and operating model.

Required profile

• Strong experience in user acquisition or growth marketing for B2C mobile apps or consumer‑technology products.
• Hands‑on track record of managing performance‑marketing campaigns with a focus on efficiency and fast payback.
• Proven ability to implement tracking and attribution solutions for mobile applications.
• Demonstrated success scaling acquisition while maintaining healthy unit economics.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid understanding of cohort analysis, CAC, LTV and ROAS.
