UX Designer for Trade Surveillance Platform

About the role

Nasdaq is seeking a UX Designer to join its Trade Surveillance team in Vilnius. Reporting to the Director of Product Delivery, you will lead design efforts within a cross‑functional scrum team to reimagine the user interface of a leading market surveillance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑centric experiences that balance user needs with business and technical requirements.
• Partner with the Product Delivery Lead and development team to translate insights into polished designs.
• Lead end‑to‑end product design activities, from scoping and wireframes to prototypes and final delivery.
• Host client feedback and user testing sessions to validate design proposals.
• Contribute to Nasdaq’s design system and help define the UX strategy for the platform.

Required profile

• A degree in Interaction Design or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience designing websites or digital products with a strong UX/UI portfolio.
• Hands‑on experience with Figma or a comparable design tool.
• Familiarity with user research methods such as personas, journey mapping, and usability testing.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in agile, cross‑functional teams.
