UX/CRO Consultant

About the role

Evolvery is looking for a UX/CRO Consultant to own the full research‑to‑recommendation loop for its clients. You will dig into data, identify user friction points, build a solid case for change and present your findings directly to paying clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a mix of ongoing accounts and ad‑hoc audit projects, becoming the trusted UX/CRO point of contact.
• Conduct the full UX/CRO loop: quantitative and qualitative research, synthesis, heuristic evaluation, and delivery of actionable recommendations.
• Run established AI‑enhanced workflows, perform manual usability testing, and, when traffic permits, set up A/B tests alongside the CRO team.
• Maintain client relationships, defend recommendations, and ensure they are implemented and measured.

Required profile

• Proven experience presenting findings directly to a paying client.
• Ability to scope, execute, analyse and deliver research end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative analysis tools.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and working‑level English.
