About the role

Join IKEA's logistics team in Vilnius as an Order Picker. You will be responsible for assembling customer orders and preparing them for hand‑over, contributing to a smooth shopping experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from the warehouse according to customer orders.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks assigned by the department manager.
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Work 30 or 40 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule, with possible shifts from 6:30‑18:30 or 10:00‑22:00.

Required profile

• Ability to work quickly in a changing environment, set priorities and execute tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fast orientation and precise, rapid task completion.
