About the role

Join IKEA’s team in Vilnius as a Children’s Playroom Attendant. You will ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their parents shop. The position is full‑time with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Register and deregister children, handling all related documentation.
• Supervise children, organize activities, and keep them occupied.
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure children’s well‑being at all times.
• Keep the playroom tidy and orderly.

Required profile

• Willingness and ability to work with children.
• Responsibility and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills with diverse people.
• Previous experience with children is a plus.
• Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
