About the role

The pharmacy manager will lead the daily operations of a BENU pharmacy located at Kudirkos street 99 in Šiauliai. You will ensure that customers receive high‑quality medicines, health products, and professional pharmaceutical advice.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the pharmacy’s day‑to‑day activities and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
• Provide competent pharmaceutical services and advice to patients.
• Maintain inventory, manage stock levels and ensure the availability of required products.
• Collaborate with the team to create a supportive and respectful work environment.
• Continuously monitor market trends and pharmaceutical innovations.

Required profile

• Pharmaceutical education and a valid pharmacist practice licence.
• Extended practice pharmacist licence or willingness to obtain it.
• Knowledge of legislation governing pharmaceutical activities.
• Interest in pharmaceutical innovations and a business mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, polite, positive, communicative and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s licence.
