About the role

We are looking for a qualified pharmacist to join our BENU pharmacy located at Europos pr. 43 in Kaunas. You will be part of a leading pharmacy chain operating across the Baltic region, providing customers with high‑quality medicines, health products and professional pharmaceutical services.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medicines accurately.
• Provide counselling and advice to patients on medication use and health products.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company standards.
• Maintain inventory, handle stock replenishment and keep the pharmacy tidy.
• Use computer systems for prescription processing and record‑keeping.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a friendly and efficient service.

Required profile

• Pharmacy education and a valid pharmacist practice licence.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation.
• Interest in pharmaceutical innovations and a business‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, courteous, positive and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Possession of a driver’s licence.
