About the role

We are looking for a dedicated cleaner to join our IKEA store in Vilnius on a full‑time basis. You will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and order of all store areas, including sales floor, fitting rooms, restrooms and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Follow a rotating work schedule covering 40 hours per week.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate team.

• Customer‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Attention to detail, honesty and reliability.
