About the role

Join IKEA Lithuania as a Business Client Project Manager in Šiauliai. In this fixed‑term role you will support business customers, advise on design solutions and drive sales of interior furnishing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business customers through active sales initiatives.
• Coordinate and support ongoing interior design projects for existing clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and communication between clients and internal teams.
• Present design concepts and product recommendations to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Strong initiative, leadership and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and build long‑term client relationships.
• Result‑oriented, customer‑focused and able to take responsibility for outcomes.
• Good command of English (spoken and written); Russian is a plus.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Navision ERP (advantage).
