About the role

Providera is expanding into new international markets and seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and support market growth. You will work closely with the recruitment team to match qualified candidates with foreign companies.

Key responsibilities

• Actively search for new B2B clients abroad.
• Build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
• Analyze client needs and propose optimal solutions.
• Lead negotiations and help draft cooperation agreements.
• Contribute to Provider’s expansion strategy in new markets.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth client service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in international settings.
• Ability to work independently and develop lasting client relationships.
• Initiative‑driven, result‑oriented and comfortable with challenges.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluent English; additional foreign languages are a plus.

• Full‑time onsite position at Baltų pr. 36, Kaunas (09:00‑17:00).
• Net monthly salary of €1,500‑€2,000 plus a performance‑based incentive system.
