Video Content Creator

About the role

As a Video Content Creator you will work closely with the Employer Branding and Internal Communications teams to produce authentic video and photo stories that showcase Oxylabs' culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Create video and photo content for Employer Branding and Internal Communications initiatives.
• Own the full production cycle from idea generation, filming, to post‑production and final cut.
• Manage photoshoot logistics, operate high‑definition camera equipment and maintain production gear.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to brainstorm ideas and capture daily moments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video production or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, detail‑orientation and motivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with high‑definition camera equipment, shot composition and lighting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of video production best practices and editing software.
• Experience with AI video generation tools and creating short‑form videos for Instagram and YouTube.
