Video Editor – Creative Content & Ads

About the role

At Surfshark, video brings our cybersecurity story to life. We’re seeking a Video Editor who can turn strong ideas into polished, scroll‑stopping videos for ads, product explainers and YouTube content.

Key responsibilities

• Own the edit from brief to final export, ensuring clarity, engagement and brand consistency.
• Work across formats such as high‑conversion Meta ads, YouTube videos and detailed product explainers.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers and animators to bridge copy, design and motion.
• Set pacing, sound design and finishing touches that capture audience attention.
• Explore AI‑generated video tools to accelerate production and spark new ideas.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing video for in‑house teams, studios or agencies.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent eye for detail in pacing, sound, colour and overall polish.
• Track record creating content for social platforms like Meta and YouTube.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while keeping a bold style.
• Effective communication and proactive collaboration with creative teams.
• Comfort with AI‑assisted workflows and curiosity about their impact.
