About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join the analytical column production team in Vilnius. You will work in a modern manufacturing environment, ensuring high‑quality production of life‑science products while following strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Order raw materials required for production and maintain safe inventory levels.
• Produce analytical columns according to established procedures.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow work instructions, safety rules and quality standards.
• Support the execution of the production plan and meet set targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation.

Required profile

• Secondary education; higher education is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience or willingness to start a career in a global life‑science organization.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Fluent Lithuanian and good communication skills; English knowledge is a plus.
• Honesty, responsibility, initiative and a strong team orientation.
