About the role

As a senior engineer in heat production and supply, you will join Sweco’s multidisciplinary team to design and deliver sustainable heating solutions for local and international projects. You will be responsible for the technical quality and timely execution of heat generation, district heating, geothermal, and cooling systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design heat points, boiler houses, geothermal power plants, heat networks and cooling/compressed air systems.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams to align design solutions.
• Ensure the quality of your own work and that of colleagues, meeting project deadlines.
• Perform technical supervision and oversee the execution of assigned project parts.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in heat production and supply project preparation.
• Certificate for leading special building project parts (optional but preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work well in a team.

• AutoDesk Plant 3D.
• DesignBuilder.
• AutoPipe.
