YouTube Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support our YouTube Performance Team. You will help turn ideas into high‑quality video content, keep production on schedule, and use data to drive channel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor performance of 17 YouTube channels and identify growth opportunities using data.
• Research emerging topics, trends, and content angles and turn them into clear video briefs.
• Stay current with YouTube platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end video production process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external contributors throughout the production cycle.
• Build and manage content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple channels.
• Upload videos to YouTube following established guidelines and best practices.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Data‑driven mindset with a willingness to suggest performance‑enhancing ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to bring structure to fast‑moving workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
