AI Creative Designer

About the role

Prime Prometics is looking for an AI Creative Designer to help scale high‑volume, performance‑driven ad creative. You will work independently to research winning concepts, generate short‑form image and GIF ads, and iterate quickly based on performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Research competitor ads and identify successful static and short‑format video (GIF) approaches.
• Produce original versions of winning concepts using AI‑first workflows.
• Monitor internal performance reports and create rapid iterations.
• Generate short ad copy (hooks, headlines, text overlays) with AI and refine it with your judgment.
• End‑to‑end production of image and GIF assets, maintaining high volume and speed without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate closely with a Senior Creative Strategist who sets monthly direction and priorities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ad creative production, or video editing (in‑house, agency, or freelance).
• Strong AI image prompting skills and hands‑on fluency with AI generation, editing, and upscaling tools.
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut and/or Premiere Pro.
• Eye for direct‑response creative that stops the scroll and converts.
• Independent, fast‑moving, and able to deliver assets without a detailed brief.
• Organised with clean file naming, correct specs, and reliable delivery.
