Creative Designer

About the role

Breakneck Studio is looking for a Creative Designer to own end‑to‑end visual projects, from concept through final execution. You will shape brand identities, craft short‑form video ads and experiment with AI‑generated assets to keep our digital and e‑commerce brands fresh and high‑performing.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of creative projects, ensuring a consistently high standard.
• Develop and evolve brand identities, visual systems and creative directions.
• Transform creative briefs into engaging designs, campaigns and short‑form video ads.
• Combine graphic design, AI‑generated visuals and video editing into polished deliverables.
• Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, etc.) to generate video, images, voiceovers and concepts.
• Experiment with prompts, hooks, visual styles and variations to discover fresh directions.
• Apply typography, motion graphics, music, sound design, subtitles and effects to strengthen storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, creative strategy and other teams while pushing creative boundaries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative/graphic design and video editing with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video and image generation tools such as Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney or ElevenLabs.
• Deep understanding of branding, typography, composition, visual hierarchy and modern digital design.
• Knowledge of what makes short‑form creative perform (hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, CTAs).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and iterate rapidly on creative concepts.

• Gross salary range €3,000 – €3,500 per month.
