Creative Designer

About the role

Breakneck Studio is looking for a Creative Designer to own end‑to‑end creative projects, shape brand identities and produce high‑performing short‑form video ads. You will blend graphic design, AI‑generated assets and video editing to deliver polished, memorable visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of creative projects from concept through final execution while maintaining high creative standards.
• Shape and evolve brand identities, visual systems and distinctive creative directions.
• Transform creative briefs into engaging designs, campaigns and short‑form video advertisements.
• Create and combine graphic design, AI‑generated assets and video editing into polished creatives.
• Use AI tools such as Higgsfield and other platforms to generate video, visuals, voiceovers and concepts.
• Experiment with concepts, prompts, hooks, visual styles and variations to discover fresh directions.
• Apply typography, motion graphics, music, sound design, subtitles and effects to strengthen storytelling.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative strategy, product and other teams while pushing creative boundaries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative/graphic design and video editing with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video and image generation tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Veo, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs).
• Ability to turn briefs into strong concepts and polished visual executions.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, visual hierarchy and contemporary digital design.
• Knowledge of what makes short‑form creative perform (hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, CTAs).
• Comfortable taking ownership, working independently and iterating on creative work.
• Motivation‑driven, collaborative, adaptable and eager to experiment with new tools and formats.

What we offer

• Gross salary range: €3,000‑€3,500 per month.
• Choice of workspaces in Vilnius, Klaipėda or Riga with a hybrid model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote for Vilnius).
