Fleming is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to handle email‑only inquiries during the evening shift. You will join a fast‑growing wellness app company, supporting users worldwide and contributing to a healthier, happier community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional support to customers exclusively via email.
• Resolve routine cases and progressively take on more complex issues.
• Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, and participate in regular meetings.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong written communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for helping others and willingness to learn.
• Organised, proactive problem‑solver with a customer‑centric mindset.
