Final Evaluation Consultant

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Final Evaluation Consultant to lead the assessment of its Regional Integrated Protection and Health Response program in Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen. This remote consultancy will involve travel to the field locations and will run from February 2026 to June 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the final evaluation methodology for the integrated protection and health response.
• Collect, analyze, and triangulate quantitative and qualitative data from program sites.
• Produce a comprehensive evaluation report with actionable recommendations for future programming.
• Present findings to IRC senior leadership and donor representatives.
• Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements and IRC quality standards.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in public health, international development, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience conducting evaluations in humanitarian settings.
• Demonstrated knowledge of protection, gender‑based violence, SRHR, and mental health interventions.
• Strong analytical and report‑writing abilities.
• Willingness to travel to Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen as needed.
