Financial Crime Compliance Assurance Manager

About the role

Revolut’s Compliance team is looking for a Financial Crime Compliance Assurance Manager to strengthen finance and risk management processes. You will design and execute testing programmes, leverage data analytics, and ensure our products meet regulatory and policy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a risk‑based compliance testing and assurance programme.
• Conduct assurance reviews and testing activities using advanced data analytics.
• Build automated queries and dashboards for frequent testing and insight generation.
• Identify opportunities to improve regulatory adherence and company standards.
• Execute remediation project plans, update processes, documentation, and training.
• Lead multiple concurrent reviews across jurisdictions and report findings to management.
• Challenge stakeholders to develop world‑class risk management controls.
• Use data analytics to uncover actionable insights that enhance the control environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in fintech, a traditional financial institution, or a regulatory body.
• Background in assurance, internal or external audit with a focus on risk and compliance.
• Proven ability to test controls, risk, policy, and procedures.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to hold the first line of defence accountable.
• Experience analysing large data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Result‑driven, pragmatic, and detail‑oriented mindset.
