Freelance Storyboard and Animatic Artist

About the role

We are seeking a freelance storyboard and animatic artist to transform scripts into lively, expressive scenes for a young audience. The role focuses on creating short, engaging intros and scenes that capture the imagination of preschool‑aged children.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 2‑4 storyboards or animatics per week, each roughly one minute of content.
• Apply dynamic camera movements and clear visual storytelling to enhance narrative flow.
• Illustrate character emotions that resonate with a 4‑year‑old audience.
• Collaborate remotely with an international creative team, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong sense of composition, framing, and visual clarity for young viewers.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience creating storyboards, shooting boards, or animatics, preferably for children’s content.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Toon Boom Storyboard Pro.
