Full Stack Engineer – Backend Focus (Customer Capabilities Tribe)

About the role

We are looking for two Full Stack Engineers to join the Corporate Pricing Squad within the Customer Capabilities Tribe. You will help calculate and manage profit margins for corporate customers, supporting transparent, data‑driven pricing across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Develop trusted, testable, maintainable and reliable software.
• Collaborate closely with business users, developers, IT architects and various bank teams.
• Continuously learn and improve engineering practices and solution design.
• Contribute ideas to enhance ways of working and engineering standards.
• Work with .NET, React, MS SQL, AWS, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience with strong backend .NET and C# skills.
• Experience designing, developing and maintaining secure REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience building and operating services in AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and Terraform.
• Strong unit‑testing mindset and ability to work in a regulated, security‑focused environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, algorithmic thinking and communication skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English, both written and verbal.
