German‑Speaking Product Support Representative

About the role

Provide first‑line support to German‑speaking Dexcom users through phone, email and web forms. Assist with questions about Dexcom apps, software and hardware, maintain user accounts, process replacements and stay up‑to‑date with product releases.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clear troubleshooting and guidance for Dexcom apps, software and hardware.
• Act as the primary contact for users and healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain and update user accounts, process device replacements and follow up as needed.
• Participate in product training and stay current with new releases.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to team performance by meeting service level goals and promoting best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening and empathy.
• Detail‑oriented, quick learner and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Experience using major web browsers.
• Support of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based systems.
