Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Indegene is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join its Vilnius team. You will create engaging digital and print assets, primarily for email and web channels, while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop cross‑channel digital experiences, focusing on email layouts and website pages using existing templates.
• Create and update print‑ready materials such as brochures, posters and flyers.
• Build and assemble emails with Knak and internal authoring tools, and maintain email templates and components.
• Support content management across digital platforms and ensure all deliverables meet quality, compliance and operational standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand teams and global stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and adapt to agile workflows.
• Apply best practices in accessibility, responsiveness and usability, and follow brand guidelines consistently.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with email authoring tools such as Knak (or similar).
• Familiarity with CMS or other digital content platforms (advantageous).
