LowCode Mendix Developer

About the role

We are looking for a LowCode Mendix Developer to build and evolve client‑facing web applications for Fortune 500 companies. The role combines hands‑on development with direct client interaction in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications using the Mendix low‑code platform, from requirements gathering to production.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into functional software, ensuring rapid, iterative delivery.
• Create frontend UI components and backend logic, integrating external APIs and data sources.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and reviews.
• Own features end‑to‑end, handling architecture decisions, implementation, testing, and live‑environment monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience building web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or Node.js).
• Hands‑on experience with the Mendix platform; Mendix certification is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical decisions to non‑technical clients.
• Ability to work in a client‑facing consulting setting and hold a valid EU work permit.
• Availability to start within 1–3 months of an offer.
