About the role

Ignitis Lietuva is looking for a Contact Center Operator to join its Šiauliai contact centre. You will handle inbound and outbound phone interactions, assist customers with their inquiries, propose suitable products and services, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide assistance through remote channels.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate energy products and services.
• Achieve personal and team sales and service quality targets.
• Manage complex customer situations and resolve issues constructively.
• Collaborate with the team and share ideas to improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly and as part of a team.
• Willingness to handle varied customer situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
