About the role

IKI is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee IT initiatives that support its innovative retail operations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive IT project plans.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Organise project meetings and ensure implementation of decisions.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Maintain transparent communication with management and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and produce regular status reports.
• Ensure delivery of project goals and expected business benefits.
• Oversee testing, deployment and project closure activities.
• Prepare and hand over project documentation.
• Escalate critical issues and make decisions within delegated authority.
• Guarantee compliance with IKI’s project management methodology.

Required profile

• University degree (higher education).
• 2–3 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies such as PMBOK or PRINCE2.
• Practical experience with Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, applications and integrations.
• Strong written and spoken English.
