AI Consultant (Junior)

About the role

Join EY's IT Consulting team as a Junior AI Consultant and work directly with decision‑makers to shape AI‑driven strategies. You will help public and private sector clients across the Baltics and beyond to solve complex business challenges using cutting‑edge AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Apply AI, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics knowledge to advise clients on optimal solutions.
• Support the AI team in designing and developing machine‑learning models and AI applications.
• Create recommendations and roadmaps for full‑scale AI solution roll‑outs.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends to keep EY at the forefront of innovation.
• Provide expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and related AI disciplines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for AI through personal projects, internships, or academic research.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for a team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a drive for innovation.
