Customer Care Specialist – Vilnius

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Vilnius office (Lvivo Street 101). You will work in a multicultural team of about 50 people and collaborate closely with our Reykjavik‑based colleagues. The role follows a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, with shifts up to 8 hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about Arctic Adventure’s products, policies and services to customers.
• Resolve product or service issues while maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions within set time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Manage group bookings with internal and external service providers.
• Coordinate with the Iceland‑based operations team and local partners for service recoveries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product changes and ensure the company’s image through outstanding service.

Required profile

• Willingness to work office shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and a service‑mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple projects.
• Empathy, openness to feedback and a desire for continuous learning.
