Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist (Travel industry)

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Danish‑speaking Customer Support Specialist in the travel sector. You will assist customers in Danish via phone, email and chat, helping them with bookings, re‑bookings, cancellations and other travel‑related queries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service in Danish through inbound and outbound calls, and when required, email and chat.
• Deliver accurate information on air, rail, and hotel bookings, including re‑booking and cancellation options.
• Identify and resolve routine issues to ensure a smooth travel experience for each customer.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow company procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in Danish with a strong command of English.
• Flexible and dynamic attitude, able to adapt to varying customer needs.
• Willingness to work full‑time during the training period, with part‑time options thereafter.

Required skills

What we offer

• Gross salary of €2,175 during probation and €2,357 after probation.
• Performance bonus up to €250.
• Option to work remotely from home in Lithuania.
