About the role

The Customer Support team at Revolut is the first point of contact for millions of users worldwide, delivering fast and thoughtful assistance. As a Phone Support Specialist you will handle inquiries in English and Spanish, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support through in‑app live chat, phone, and email.
• Maintain professional and consistent communication representing Revolut.
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues.
• Deliver a seamless experience that builds confidence in using Revolut’s features.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (C1+) and native‑level Spanish (C2).
• Bachelor’s degree (provisional certificate acceptable).
• Excellent communication and writing abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• High attention to detail and empathy for customers.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, flexible team player.
