Support Specialist (Complaints) – Lithuanian

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Support Specialist to manage formal complaints from customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for complaint handling, ensuring processes are fair, transparent, and compliant with regulatory requirements. The role works closely with internal teams and external regulators to deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming formal complaints within regulatory deadlines.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve issues raised by customers.
• Develop and improve internal complaint‑handling procedures.
• Maintain a central archive of complaint data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Quality Assurance, and other teams to achieve efficient resolution.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and quality control of complaint processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or provisional certificate).
• At least 18 months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English (C1+) and Lithuanian (C1+).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
