Deputy Regulatory Reporting Manager

About the role

Finora Bank is seeking a Deputy Regulatory Reporting Manager to join its Regulatory Reporting team and take hands‑on ownership of key COREP submissions, focusing on Own Funds, Large Exposures, and Leverage Ratio reporting. The role ensures accurate, complete, and timely reports in line with CRR3, EBA, ECB, and Basel IV requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and submit accurate COREP reports, focusing on Own Funds, Large Exposures and Leverage Ratio.
• Apply CRR3, EBA, ECB and Basel IV requirements to reporting processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on reports, controls and systems.
• Analyse data quality issues, work with data owners to resolve them and track remediation.
• Develop and maintain reporting procedures, documentation and audit trails.
• Provide analysis of regulatory ratios and insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience preparing COREP reports (Own Funds, Large Exposures, Leverage Ratio).
• Strong practical knowledge of CRR3, EBA/ECB requirements and Basel IV reforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
