About the role

FINĖJAS GROUP is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT initiatives that support its logistics and transport operations. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure effective management of IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Prepare and align project documentation with responsible stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal colleagues on project implementation and participate in system testing.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, risks and other critical performance indicators.
• Produce reports and presentations for management and interested parties regarding project progress and results.
• Address contractual non‑performance issues and initiate actions to protect the company’s interests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in successful IT project management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
