About the role

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team in Akmenės. You will be responsible for setting up workstations, maintaining hardware and software, and providing first‑line support to internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain new workstations, operating systems and software.
• Maintain and troubleshoot various computer hardware components.
• Configure and support mobile devices.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services.
• Resolve IT incidents and user requests.
• Update IT documentation.
• Participate in company IT projects.

Required profile

• Higher education in IT or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with computer hardware.
• Ability to communicate in Lithuanian and English.
• Motivation to find solutions, help the team and grow professionally.
