Membership Operations Specialist – Health Insurance

About the role

The Membership Operations Specialist will support a leading U.S. health‑insurance provider by handling member‑related inquiries and processing administrative tasks. The position blends customer‑service phone work with documentation and billing support, operating on a shift from 15:00 to 00:00 Lithuanian time.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to written member inquiries.
• Maintain and update membership records accurately.
• Assist members with billing, membership and contract questions.
• Provide high‑quality, accurate customer service and route complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Meet defined quality and efficiency standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Call‑center or U.S. healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to combine customer service with administrative tasks.
• Available to work the 15:00–00:00 Lithuanian shift after training.
• Must not be a current student.
