Customer Service Specialist

About the role

This position supports a leading U.S. health insurance provider by handling membership and billing operations. The role blends inbound customer service with administrative tasks, ensuring members receive accurate information and timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to written inquiries.
• Maintain and update membership records in the system.
• Assist members with billing, contract, and membership questions.
• Provide high‑quality, accurate customer service and route complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Meet established quality and efficiency standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Experience in a call‑center environment or U.S. healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to combine customer service with administrative tasks.
• Availability to work the 15:00–00:00 Lithuanian time shift after training.
• Must not be a current student.
