About the role

As the Store Manager for H&M in Klaipėda, you will lead all aspects of store operations, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience and maintaining high visual and commercial standards. You will inspire and develop your team to achieve consistent sales growth and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑level customer experience and actively drive sales.
• Analyze sales results, market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Set targets and implement action plans to optimise sales, profitability and inventory.
• Manage store operations, staff schedules, budgeting and commercial priorities.
• Recruit, train and develop the team, fostering engagement and collaboration.
• Monitor fashion trends and adapt the store offering to evolving customer expectations.
• Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management and daily store operations.
• Leadership experience with the ability to create an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
• Track record in sales planning, performance analysis and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Strong motivation to ensure excellent customer service and high service standards.
• Result‑oriented, accountable and continuously seeking personal development.
• Analytical mindset with solid decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility, initiative and adaptability to a dynamic retail environment.
• Interest in fashion, retail trends and visual merchandising.
• Good spoken and written Lithuanian (minimum B1) and English.
