Senior Accounting Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Accounting Consultant you will support Lithuanian and international clients with a full range of accounting, tax and financial reporting services. You will work in a flexible, hybrid environment, applying smart tools and gaining hands‑on experience in payroll, tax compliance and related financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting services to both Lithuanian and international companies.
• Prepare financial statements and tax reports in line with Lithuanian legislation.
• Deliver daily finance and accounting support to clients using modern tools.
• Assist with payroll administration, tax compliance and other related financial services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including Lithuanian tax declarations and financial statement preparation.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian (written and spoken) and English at B2 level or higher.
• Educational background in economics, finance or accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills and willingness to learn new ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently in a less structured environment with high responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
