Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialist – Travel Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Swedish‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our travel‑industry team. You will assist customers in Swedish (and Norwegian) through phone, email and chat, providing information on bookings, re‑bookings, cancellations and related travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service via inbound and outbound calls, email and chat.
• Provide accurate details on air, rail and hotel reservations, including changes and cancellations.
• Resolve routine issues and find tailored solutions to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Handle inquiries for both Swedish and Norwegian markets while maintaining service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and proficient in English.
• Flexible and dynamic attitude, able to work full‑time or part‑time (50‑100% after training).
• Willingness to complete a full‑time training period before part‑time work.
• Comfortable working remotely from Lithuania.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Swedish, Norwegian and English.

• Gross salary of €2,175 during probation and €2,357 after probation.
• Performance bonus up to €250.
