Air-to-Road Director – Asia to Europe

About the role

Everwest is seeking a senior commercial leader to scale its proven Air‑to‑Road solution that moves time‑sensitive cargo from Asia to Europe by express road transport. Reporting directly to the CEO and joining the leadership team, you will own the product proposition, develop the go‑to‑market strategy and convert strategic opportunities into recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Air‑to‑Road commercial proposition and pricing models.
• Build the European go‑to‑market strategy, identifying cargo flows and customer segments where road can replace air freight.
• Generate and manage a pipeline of strategic European customers, engaging senior supply‑chain and procurement decision‑makers.
• Educate the market on the value of express road transport, creating business cases that quantify transit‑time, reliability, inventory impact and cost benefits.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, customs and network teams to design lanes, service specifications and pilot implementations.
• Lead pilots from initial discussion through execution and convert successful pilots into profitable, recurring business.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level commercial leadership experience in logistics, transportation or supply‑chain services.
• Track record of building and scaling new business propositions across Europe.
• Strong network with senior supply‑chain, logistics and procurement stakeholders.
• Ability to develop data‑driven business cases and translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
