About the role

Systemair is looking for an Automation Engineer to join its international team in Vilnius. You will work on the design and implementation of automation solutions for ventilation and heat‑pump equipment, supporting product launch and production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Draw electrical schematics for ventilation devices.
• Select appropriate automation components.
• Design automation control panels.
• Introduce new products into the manufacturing line.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably in electronics, automation or mechatronics.
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills.
• Previous experience in similar roles is a plus.

Required skills

• Electrical schematic design.
• Automation component selection.
• Automation panel design.
• Knowledge of ventilation systems.
• Knowledge of heat‑pump technology.
