About the role

We are looking for a skilled mechanic to maintain and repair mechanical and electrical components of trucks and self‑propelled aggregates. The position offers flexible working hours and a shift‑based weekly schedule, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on heavy‑vehicle and aggregate mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and fix electrical circuits, read and interpret wiring schematics.
• Repair tachographs and related electronic devices (preferred).
• Work according to a flexible shift schedule and compensate travel expenses.
• Participate in a mentorship program for re‑qualification from light‑vehicle or production equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Technical education or acquired technical qualification (incomplete qualifications accepted).
• Experience with repair of trucks or self‑propelled aggregates; experience with light vehicles or production equipment is also considered.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and perform electrical repairs (advantage).
• Knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics (advantage).
• Basic English or Russian language skills (advantage).
• Driver’s licence categories C, D or E (advantage).
