B2B Business Partnership Manager

About the role

Day1Work is expanding across the Baltic market and seeks a proactive B2B Business Partnership Manager to create and nurture relationships with companies in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The role focuses on delivering international skilled‑workforce solutions to construction, shipbuilding, industrial and infrastructure firms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with construction, shipbuilding, industrial and infrastructure companies.
• Build relationships with CEOs, HR Directors, Recruitment Managers and other decision‑makers.
• Develop B2B partnerships for international skilled workforce solutions.
• Understand client workforce requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Manage leads, negotiations and partnership development.
• Represent Day1Work professionally within the Baltic business community.

Required profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, HR or partnership management.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Existing network with Baltic companies is a major advantage.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and comfortable with international business.
• Based in Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia.
• English proficiency required; local Baltic language is an advantage.
