Business Systems Consultant – Analyst

About the role

SKUBA Group is seeking a Business Systems Consultant / Analyst to join its IT team in Vilnius. You will support the Group’s international business management systems, resolve incidents, and help enhance the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP platform.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve requests and incidents related to business management systems.
• Administer and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Participate in system development projects, including requirements analysis, design, testing and implementation.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and solutions.
• Provide support and consulting to SKUBA employees across multiple countries in Lithuanian and English.
• Prepare user guides and system documentation.
• Collaborate with internal business teams and IT colleagues across the Group.

Required profile

• Higher education in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
• Previous experience as an Information Systems Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, ERP Consultant or similar role.
• Good understanding of ERP, accounting and business management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and take ownership.
