Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

Eskimi is a full‑stack creative and media‑tech platform that serves brands, agencies and publishers worldwide. As Chief Marketing Officer you will lead a high‑performing, globally distributed marketing team to drive revenue, build AI‑native processes and shape the company’s market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing‑sourced pipeline and revenue, focusing on commercial outcomes over vanity metrics.
• Design and implement an AI‑native Marketing Operating System, creating automated workflows and reusable operational capabilities.
• Define category positioning for the AdTech portfolio (DSP, SSP, DOOH, Contextual AI, Retail Media) and lead joint go‑to‑market execution with product and sales teams.
• Deliver high‑impact brand storytelling and content that cuts through market noise.
• Engage directly with global agencies, advertisers and regional teams to translate market feedback into strategy.
• Manage the MarTech stack and ensure real‑time, accurate reporting across the funnel.
• Recruit, develop and scale a remote‑first marketing organization while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

Required profile

• Deep AdTech domain expertise, including programmatic DSP/SSP, agency dynamics and digital media economics.
• Proven commercial leadership with a track record of meeting revenue and pipeline targets.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, APIs and automation (approximately 20 % builder, 80 % leader).
• Experience managing remote, multicultural teams.
• Fluent English; based in a European time zone and willing to travel regularly.
