Content & Appeals Specialist – Trust & Safety Operations

About the role

Vinted is looking for a Content & Appeals Specialist to join its Trust & Safety Operations team. You will help keep the marketplace safe and reliable by reviewing flagged listings across fashion, lifestyle and electronics categories, ensuring they meet Vinted’s policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review large volumes of flagged content and make swift, policy‑aligned decisions.
• Handle appeals from members, providing clear explanations and resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of content integrity and platform safety.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve moderation processes.
• Participate in a 5‑week intensive training program starting 28 September 2026.

Required profile

• Strong passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot policy violations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
