Conversion Copywriter

About the role

INULTI is a fast‑growing insurance‑tech company looking for a Conversion Copywriter who can craft high‑impact video ad scripts and messaging that directly drive conversions. You will work in a data‑driven environment alongside marketers, media buyers, designers, and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Write performance‑driven video ad scripts, hooks, and messaging.
• Create copy that influences conversion metrics for paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with creative, media buying, and marketing teams.
• Iterate quickly, test angles, refine messaging, and scale successful concepts.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, workflow, and execution.
• Analyze competitors’ winning ad concepts, angles, hooks, and messaging patterns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in copywriting, performance creative, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response and conversion‑focused marketing.
• Proven experience writing for video ads and paid social campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and think beyond AI‑generated outputs.
• Fluent communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Fast‑moving, execution‑driven mindset.
