CRM Specialist

About the role

You will join the IPF Digital Hub CRM team in Vilnius, working across six markets to design, deliver and continuously improve multi‑channel customer communications. The role combines customer insight, data analysis and marketing technology to create automated journeys that boost conversion and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, test and optimise omnichannel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating relevant customer journeys that meet monthly targets.
• Analyse campaign data using SQL to identify performance trends, opportunities and actionable improvements.
• Apply expertise in email and SMS automation, HTML coding and email deliverability to ensure high‑quality, reliable campaigns.
• Capture learnings from campaign delivery and develop smarter, automated CRM journeys that increase coverage and reduce operational costs.
• Partner with Marketing Managers, local CRM coordinators, Product and IT teams to co‑plan campaigns, resolve technical challenges and translate business needs into effective CRM solutions.
• Monitor campaign outcomes and recommend evidence‑based optimisations to strengthen conversion and customer experience.
• Communicate clearly in both Lithuanian and English, adapting language and style for diverse international audiences.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable campaign management platform.
• Strong SQL knowledge and practical experience with email/SMS marketing automation.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, e‑commerce, FMCG or retail is valuable.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification and project‑management skills are a plus.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
